Members

The Ibero-American Judicial Summit is presently made up of institutions from 23 countries.

All those that form part of the Ibero-American Community of Nations, including the free and associate state of Puerto Rico, are full members of the Ibero-American Judicial Summit.

In accordance with the rules of operation, the inclusion of new countries as members of the Ibero-American Community of Nations automatically leads to the incorporation of the said countries' Supreme Court or Tribunals and councils of the judiciary or magistracy as a full member of the Ibero-American Judicial Summit.

The representation of each of the member institutions at the Ibero-American Judicial Summit corresponds to their respective president or, in the absence thereof, his/her legal substitute.
